Predicted mt proteome protein complexes
Gene Details
The page displays the id's, features, sub-cellular localization of the protein as well as the mt proteome network properties in the gene details panel. The complexes panel lists all the complexes the protein is a member of along with the complex subunits and a link to view the complex as a cytoscape network. The interactions panel lists all the interactions with scores for that protein in the mt proteome network for each cell type as well as the differentiated network.
Interaction Details
All interaction tables list the scores for the ppi, annotation and the evidence supporting each interaction as given below.
Complex Details
The cytoscape network of interactions /complexes display the interactions between complex subunit members or between list of genes from the Search Interactions page as a graph of nodes and edges. The network is interactive and allows nodes to be dragged and selected. Zoom and pan feature is also enabled. The edge thickness between two nodes represents the ΣLLS DN Score which is also displayed for each edge. Mouse over each node displays the annotation in a tooltip. Mitochondrial proteins are represented by hexagons and non-mt proteins as circles.
